After making these changes, we started up Launchpad to see the results of our alterations. It's a pretty intuitive interface and we immediately set to work, deselecting several of the apps that we don't use often and reorganizing them into logical groups by page. The pane is organized as an alphabetical list of all applications broken down into separate pages. We downloaded the file and launched it, and within seconds our new preferences pane was available. Installation of Launchpad-Control for Mac goes as easily as any other add-on control panel for System Preferences.
Launchpad-Control for Mac adds a pane to your Mac's System Preferences, giving you control over which apps show up in Launchpad and what order they appear in, something that Apple neglected to bake into this new feature.
